11-201: CREATION OF BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS:

There is hereby created in the city, a Board of Park Commissioners for the Grove Springs Park located in the city to be comprised of five (5) residents of the county. There is also established the office of park superintendent who is appointed and removed by the city manager. (Ord. No. 220, 10/3/78)
