The board of recreational commissioners shall, as required, make application to the city council for the funds that may be necessary for such board to expend in order to carry out its duties as herein specified. Commencing with the next fiscal Year following the enactment of this chapter, the board of recreational commissioners shall make application to the city council for an appropriation to be set up for its use in carrying out its duties. The city shall, if possible, include such appropriation in its budget and appropriations. (Ord. No. 302, 6/4/85)
