11-114: VACANCIES IN THE OFFICE OF BOARD MEMBERS:

If any member appointed to the board of recreational commissioners shall desire to resign from the membership of the board, the member shall give the board a resignation in writing with at least ten (10) days' notice. Upon receipt of the notice, the members of the board shall notify the mayor who shall appoint another member to serve the unexpired term created by the vacancy. (Ord. 302, 6-4-1985)
