A. Removal Of Barricades: It is unlawful for any person except by proper authority to remove any barricade or obstruction placed by authority of the city to keep traffic off any pavement, street, curb, sidewalk or other area. (Prior code ch. 14; amd. Ord. 624, 9-6-2011)
B. Emergency Barricades: If any individual goes through the barricade, the court may order restitution in an amount equal to the actual costs of the emergency response and repair or replacement of any damaged or lost emergency equipment. (Ord. 624, 9-6-2011)
