9-811: CITY HELD HARMLESS FROM DAMAGES:

All taxicab service providers, owners and drivers shall save and hold harmless the city from any and all damages (whether bodily injury or property damages) incident with or in relation to the operation of a taxicab in the city, and in addition to any damages stemming from an appeal taken pursuant to section 9-807 of this chapter. (Ord. 523, 9-21-2004)
