9-806: DRIVERS TO BE EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS OF OWNERS:

The owner of any taxicab licensed under the provisions of this chapter may employ a driver for the same, but such driver shall in all respects be the employee and/or agent of the owner of the taxicab in operating the same, and all taxicab drivers shall apply for and receive all the proper permits and licenses required by law before operating a taxicab. (Ord. 523, 9-21-2004)
