9-805: TAXICAB SEATING CAPACITY:

No more than three (3) persons, including the driver, shall be permitted to be seated in the front seat of any taxicab, and not more than four (4) persons shall be seated in the rear seat of the taxicab. All passengers riding in the vehicle must be seated at all times. (Ord. 523, 9-21-2004)
