Any person, association or corporation conducting any such sale without first being properly licensed therefore or. who shall violate any of the other terms and regulations of this chapter, shall, upon conviction be punished as provided by a fine of not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) plus court costs.
