A. It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct a garage sale in the city without first filing with the city clerk the information hereinafter specified and obtaining from such clerk a license to do so, to be known as a "garage sale license". There shall be a Three Dollar ($3.00) fee for the license required herein.
B. All churches and non-profit organizations shall be exempt from paying any fee for the license required herein. (Ord. No. 338, 5/16/89; Ord. No. 340, 8/1/89)
