A. Garage sales shall mean and include all sales entitled "garage sales," "lawn sales," "attic sales," "rummage sales," "flea market sales," or any other similar casual sale of tangible personal property which is advertised by any means whereby the public at large is or can be made aware of the sale. Advertisement shall include any and all written or oral notification that might be received by three (3) or more persons at any one time, and shall include display of merchandise to the public.
B. Goods are meant to include any goods, warehouse merchandise, or other property capable of being the object of a sale regulated hereunder.
C. Person shall mean and include individuals, households, families, partnerships, voluntary associations and corporations. (Ord. No. 338, 5/16/89)
