9-204: PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO SECURE LICENSE:

Any person who shall operate or attempt to operate any pool hall, billiard hall, or domino parlor without having first procured a license therefor, as provided by this chapter, shall be punished by fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) plus court costs and penalties.
