It is unlawful for any minor under the age of eighteen (18) years to frequent or patronize any pool hall, billiard hall or domino parlor without the written consent of his parents. If any minor shall frequent or patronize any pool or billiard hall or domino parlor with the knowledge and consent of the owner or operator of the same or the persons in charge thereof, then such violation shall automatically revoke the license of the pool hall, billiard hall or domino parlor.
