Any owner, manager, or person operating the pool hall, billiard hall or domino parlor shall not permit any intoxicating liquor, including beer, to be brought into or drunk on the premises, and shall not permit any gambling in any form to be carried on within the premises. Any violation of any section of this chapter automatically revokes the license of the pool hall, billiard hall, or domino parlor. (Ord. 102, 2-29-1940)
