8-805: PENALTY:

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 1-108 of this code. In addition thereto, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violations. Each day upon which such a violation occurs shall constitute a separate violation. (Ord. 688, 9-2-2014)
