A. The use of tobacco or smoking on public property and public schools shall be prohibited, including the use of electronic smoking devices and vaping devices.
B. The use of tobacco or smoking is prohibited within twenty five feet (25') of the entrance or exit of any public property, public school as defined herein. (Ord. 768, 3-5-2019)
