A. The violation of any provision of this part shall be punishable by a fine, of not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment for not more than sixty (60) days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day or any portion of a day during which a violation occurs shall be a separate offense. (Ord. 505, 9-2-2003)
