A. Pursuant to the authority granted by 11 Oklahoma Statutes section 22-111 as amended in 1986, the city hereby designates the city manager to carry out the duties of nuisance abatement. Provided that this designation does not diminish the authority granted to health officers under section 8-104 of this chapter, but instead shall be interpreted as granting concurrent jurisdiction and authority.
B. Any administrative order issued by the city manager shall be appealable to the city council by the person against whom the order was directed, by the filing of a written notice of appeal with the municipal clerk within ten (10) days after the administrative order is rendered. (Ord. 505, 9-2-2003)
