This chapter became effective as to each cent tax at least thirty (30) days after approval of a majority of the registered voters of the City voting on the ordinance in the manner prescribed by section 16-112 of title 11 of the Oklahoma Statutes. (Prior Code ch. 7; amd. Ord. 256, 11-3-1981)
