7-115: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS PROCEDURES:

The City Manager shall submit notice of request for proposals (RFPS) and notice of request for qualifications (RFQs) to prospective providers as needed. Such notice shall be mailed certified through the U.S. postal service with a return receipt. (Ord. 807, 10-19-2021)
