A. Funds generated from fines paid pursuant to an interlocal cooperation agreement between a municipality and the District Court pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-201 of this Chapter shall be earmarked and used by the municipality only for the following purposes:
1. To fund local programs which address problems of juvenile crime;
2. To fund the costs of prosecutions authorized pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-201 of this Chapter;
3. To fund the costs of detention authorized pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-201 of this Chapter; and
4. To fund administrative costs related to local programs that address problems of juvenile crime or related to the prosecution, detention, or punishment other than the purposes set forth in subsections A1 through A3 of this Section. (Ord. 406, 12-17-1996)
