6-105: TERM OF JUDGE:

The official term of the judge shall be two (2) years expiring on the 30th day of June. Each judge, unless sooner removed for proper cause, shall serve until his successor is appointed and qualified. (Prior Code, Sec. 12-5; Ord. No. 303, 6/4/85)
