6-103: JURISDICTION OF COURT:

The court shall exercise original jurisdiction to hear and determine all prosecutions wherein a violation of any ordinance of this municipality is charged, including any such prosecutions transferred to the court in accordance with applicable law. (Prior Code, Sec. 12-3)
