This chapter shall govern the organization and operation of the municipal criminal court of the City of Grove, as put into operation by Resolution Number 185, duly passed and filed in accordance with law, as authorized by Sections 27-101 and 27-102 of Title 11 of the Oklahoma Statutes. To the extent of conflict between any provisions of this chapter and the provisions of any ordinance of this city, the provisions of this chapter shall control. (Prior Code, Sec. 12-1)
