The wards and boundaries shall be changed as follows:
1. Ward One: O'Daniel Parkway North to city limits and Main Street West to the GRA taking line;
2. Ward Two (2): 13th Street North to city limits and Main Street East to city limits;
3. Ward Three (3): 13th Street North to O'Daniel Parkway and Main Street West to city limits; and including lands in Sections 1 and 2, Township 24 North, Range 23 East, lying South of Carey Bay of Grand Lake; and
4. Ward Four (4): 13th Street South to city limits.
