A. It is the duty of the property owner of the business or residential house to properly and correctly address buildings as follows:
1. Existing building - within sixty (60) days from the date of written notice given by the City of Grove;
2. New construction - within ten (10) days of completion of new construction; a Certificate of Occupancy will not be issued by the City of Grove until the property is properly addressed in accordance with this chapter. (Ord. 763, 11-6-2018)
