For a first offense of violation of this chapter, upon conviction the fine shall be One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), plus court costs. Subsequent or continued offense shall cause an injunction to issue halting the offending work until such time as compliance with this chapter is accomplished and/or revocation of license.
