§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Penalty for violation of park hours. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 94.01 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $100 and cost of prosecution, for each and every offense, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment in the county jail for not more than ten days; provided, each day’s violation of any of the provisions of § 94.01 shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Penalty for unlawful riding of horses and vehicles. Any person in violation of § 94.02 shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $300, plus costs of prosecution and/or be sentenced to imprisonment for a period of time not to exceed 90 days.

   (D)   Alcoholic beverages prohibited in any park. Any person in violation of § 94.04 shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a fine of not more than $100 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fines and costs, to imprisonment for not more than ten days.

   (E)   Enforcement of seasonal closing (Grove City Memorial Park). Any person in violation of § 94.06 shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a fine of not more than $100 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than ten days.

   (F)   Possession and discharge of weapons within park. A violation of § 94.07 shall carry a prison term not to exceed 90 days in jail and/or a fine not to exceed $300.

   (G)   Any person in violation of § 94.09(A), upon conviction thereof, pay a fine of not more than $300 plus costs of prosecution and/or be sentenced to imprisonment for a period not to exceed 90 days.
