§ 94.01 HOURS WHEN MUNICIPAL PARKS OPEN TO PUBLIC; PERMIT FOR USE AT OTHER TIMES.
   The Grove City Municipal Parks shall be open daily from sunrise to sunset. All activities in the parks shall cease and all persons in the parks shall leave on or before sunset. No person, other than municipal personnel, shall be in the parks at any time between sunset and sunrise the following morning; provided, a permit may be requested by an organized group desiring to use a park for a legitimate purpose after sunset. Application must be made ten days in advance of the proposed activity. The Borough Manager or designated municipal official shall have the authority to grant or deny the permit application. A certificate of liability insurance may be required.
