It shall be unlawful for any person to ride any horse or operate any motorcycle, mini-bike, trail bike, three-wheel all-terrain vehicle, four-wheel all-terrain vehicle, snowmobile or any other motor vehicle or vehicles upon public property, including all property within the boundaries of Grove City Municipal Parks and the borough other than on conventional roads, highways or streets except areas specifically designated and posted by the Borough Manager or his or her designated representative as being available for a particular purpose; provided further, this section shall not apply to any emergency vehicles in the performance of their official duties, including police patrol, response to any emergencies and any other duties of emergency response agencies.
