(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating § 90.01, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $50 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, in imprisonment in the county jail for not more than ten days; provided, each day’s continuance of a violation of any of the provisions of § 90.01 shall constitute a separate offense.

(C) Any person or persons, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 90.02 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $50 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment in the county jail for not more than ten day(s); provided, each day’s continuance of a violation of any of the provisions of § 90.02 shall constitute a separate offense.

(D) Any person violating §§ 90.03 and 90.04 shall be subject to a fine and penalty of not more than $300 and in default thereof shall undergo imprisonment for a period not exceeding ten days.

(E) For §§ 90.15 and 90.16, the owner or claimant of a dog so detained shall pay a fee of $15 plus $5 per day for each day following the first day that the dog is sheltered by the borough.

(F) The said owner, possessor, caretaker and/or person in control of the said dog shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $300 and court costs per incident violating §§ 90.30 through 90.33. The fine and court costs may be imposed upon one or more individuals if it is found that one or more individuals own, possess, care for or control the said dog and had joint or several responsibility for said dog at the time it is found to be off the applicable premises.
