Explanation of Notes: Note 1: Residential services include single-family homes, planned unit developments, mobile homes and any other residential use. Note 2: All three fees are minimums with actual costs determined by the city engineer and/or building inspector. The actual fee is the greater of the minimum base or the actual cost. Note 3: Cost determined by the city’s engineer and/or building inspector. Note 4: Fees for connections that are multi-type (for example, multi- family combined with commercial) will be determined by the city’s engineer and/or building inspector. Note 5: Connection fee is based on meter size. The stated fee is for a 1" meter. Fees for meters greater than 1" meter fee plus the incremental cost of the installation of the larger meter as determined by the public works director and/or the city engineer. |
