6.05.080 Issuance of permit for dangerous animal.

The issuance of a dangerous animal permit shall be conditioned upon the animal owner promising in writing to comply with the rules and regulations specified in Section 6.05.120 below and to any reasonable criteria related to the proper care, control, maintenance and use of the animal which the Chief of Police shall establish.
