§ 153.0318 SCALE.
   (A)   In addition to the provisions set forth below, the following restrictions shall apply to the scale of buildings in each commercial district.
   (B)   Individual buildings shall not exceed the maximum square footage established in Column (A) of Table 153.0318(A) below.
   (C)   Buildings on lots adjoining on the same side of a blockface shall not exceed the maximum square footage established in Column (B) of Table 153.0318(A) below.
   (D)   Buildings shall conform to the design standards established in Column (C) of Table 153.0318(A) below.

NOTES TO TABLE:
Aggregate = the total square footage located within a contiguous district;
RP = parking shall be located in the rear of the principal use or principal building;
F = buildings shall contain ground-level fenestration (e.g., transparent windows and opening at street level), which conforms to the commercial building design standards (§ 153.0999 of this chapter); and
N = specific standards are not required but may be imposed as a condition of granting a conditional use permit consistent with the criteria established in §§ 153.0700 through 153.0709 of this chapter.
