§ 153.0709 RECORDING PROCEDURES.
   (A)   A certified copy of all resolutions authorizing a conditional use pursuant to this section shall be recorded at the expense of the applicant in the name of the property owner as grantor in the office of the County Clerk.
   (B)   A flow chart of the CUP process is shown in Figure 153.0709(A) below.
