§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of § 95.01 of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $750.
   (B)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 95.15 through 95.45 of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $750 for each day such violation exists. In addition to this fine, a person convicted of the violation of § 95.19(B) and (C) of this chapter shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months.
   (C)   (1)   Any person filing an application with the city for a boat permit which he knows to be false according to § 95.25(A) and (B) of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $150, nor more than $750.
      (2)   The violation of § 95.25(C) of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $150, and not greater than $500, per offense.
   (D)   Persons found violating § 95.27 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $150.
