§ 95.27 PICNICKING AND CAMPING.

   (A)   Picnicking and camping are prohibited in Zones A, B, C, D and E, except upon such portions of Zone E as may be designated by the city for such purposes.
   (B)   Any person picnicking, camping or making other use of Zone E shall keep the premises neat and clean, pick up and remove in a sanitary manner all paper, garbage, rubbish and debris and before leaving the premises put out any fire made by him or her .
   (C)   All picnic areas and park facilities other than boat ramps and parking facilities for vehicles with boat trailers are closed to the public between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. during the months of April through October. During the months of November through March, such areas shall be closed to all public use and access.
   (D)   Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in public park or picnic areas at Governor Bond Lake.
