(B) Any person who shall violate § 72.11, providing for restrictions for parking in handicapped space, or any person who aids, abets or assists therein, shall, on conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of any amount not exceeding $50 for each offense or violation.

(C) In addition to any fine assessed under this section, any person who shall violate a section of this chapter that results in the vehicle being towed shall result in the owner or operator of the vehicle being required to pay the amount equal to the cost of towing such vehicle.
