§ 72.01 PARKING IN ALLEYS, STREETS OR ROADWAYS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to stop, stand, or park such vehicle in any alley in the city for a period of time longer than is necessary for the expeditious receiving or discharging of passengers, or for the loading or unloading or pickup and loading of materials, merchandise, or freight, and no vehicle shall be stopped or parked in any alley for any such purpose in such manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than eight feet of the width of the alley for the free movement of vehicular traffic.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to stop, stand or park such vehicle in any street or roadway in the city in such a manner as to block, impede or obstruct the normal flow of traffic in said street or roadway.
