§ 72.11 RESTRICTIONS FOR PARKING IN HANDICAPPED SPACE.

Any person who parks a motor vehicle in a space reserved for the physically handicapped without a handicapped parking permit, disabled veterans registration plate or handicapped registration plate or decal commits a parking violation under this traffic code.
