(A) The elective officers of the city shall be:
(1) The Mayor.
(2) Members of the Common Council
(3) Clerk-Treasurer
(B) These officers shall be elected in accordance with the provisions of the state election law.

(A) The compensation of elected city officials shall be as set from time to time by the Council.
(B) The compensation of appointed officers and employees shall be as set by the Mayor from time to time, subject to approval of the Common Council.
