(A) North. Starting at a point at the end of West Hendricks, then go east on Hendricks to Bennett Street, then go east on Bennett to Ireland Street. Including all homes on north side of Hendricks and Bennett Streets, then north on Ireland to Michigan Avenue, then east on Michigan to Central, then East on Central to alley between Franklin and Broadway. Including homes on north side of Michigan and Central, then go north to a point between Jorim Drive and Fifth Street, then east to north side of Lincoln, then north to Tenth Street, then west on Tenth Street. Including all homes on south side of Tenth Street to Broadway, then north on Broadway to city limits including those homes on west side of Broadway.
(B) South. Starting at a point at the end of East Central, then go west on Central Avenue to the alley between Franklin and Broadway. Including all homes on south side of Central Avenue, then go south to city limits.
(C) East. Starting at a point at the end of East Central all homes on the north side of Central to the alley between Franklin and Broadway, then north to Fifth Street. Including homes on north side of Fifth Street, then go east on Fifth to Lincoln Street, then north on Lincoln to Tenth Street, then go west on Tenth Street to Broadway then north on Broadway to city limits. Including all homes on north side of Tenth Street.
(D) West. Starting at a point at the end of West Hendricks, then go east on Hendricks to Bennett Street, then east on Bennett to Ireland. Including all homes on south side of Bennett and Hendricks Street, then north to Michigan Avenue, then east on Michigan to Central Avenue.
