11-7-3-3: MONUMENT SIGN:

One single, double or multiple face sign per building frontage, which may be illuminated and which shall meet the following standards (see Figure 11-7-3-3:A, set out in Section 11-9-3):

A. Surface Area: The surface area of any face shall not exceed thirty (30) square feet nor a total cumulative area of sixty (60) square feet for double or multiple face signs; and

B. Height: Such signs shall not exceed six feet (6') in height above the nearest adjoining street or driveway. (Ord. 91-06, 8-28-91; amd. Ord. 2022-O-21, 10-26-2022)
