All signs shall not create any of the following obstructions:
A. Building Obstructions: No sign shall obstruct any window, door, fire escape, stairway or opening intended to provide light, air, ingress or egress for any building or structure;
B. Clear Vision Requirements: No sign which obstructs sight lines at elevations between eighteen inches (18") and six feet (6') above the roadway shall be placed or permitted to remain on any corner lot within the triangular area formed by the street property lines connecting them at points fifty feet (50') from the intersection of the street lines, or in the case of a rounded corner, from the intersection of the street property lines extended. The same sight line limitations regarding height shall apply on any interior lot within the triangular area formed by the street property line and the edge of the driveway and the line connecting them at points ten feet (10') from the intersection of the property line and the driveway (see Figure 11-4-5:B, set out in Section 11-9-3).
