All wall signs shall meet the following standards:
A. Height: All wall signs shall not be higher than the facia or parapet line of the building, canopy or marquee to which they are attached; and
B. Clearance: Except for wall signs which are completely flush with the wall surface, the minimum clearance below wall signs shall be ten feet (10') above any pedestrian walkway, fifteen feet (15') above any driveway or road, nor below the soffit line of any canopy or marquee. Wall signs located over landscaping features shall be three feet (3') minimum above the grade level below said signs (see Figure 11-4-4:A, set out in Section 11-9-3). (Ord. 91-06, 8-28-91)
