§ 51.096 ADMINISTRATION.
   Except as otherwise provided herein, the Wastewater Utility Manager shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this subchapter. Any powers granted to or duties imposed upon the Wastewater Utility Manager may be delegated by the Wastewater Utility Manager to other city personnel.
