§ 51.099 CONFLICTS WITH OTHER PROVISIONS.
   Should the provisions of the POTW subchapters conflict with any other provisions of the Code of Ordinances, the provisions as contained within the POTW subchapters shall be deemed to control and supersede any conflicting provisions contained elsewhere within said Code of Ordinances. All prior ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with the POTW subchapters are hereby repealed.
