§ 71.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this code for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall be fined not more than $1,000 for each offense.

   (B)   Any person who violates §§ 71.100 through 71.108 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $1 nor more than $100 plus any applicable court costs.

   (C)   Any person who violates §§ 71.014, 71.072, or 71.073 shall be issued a uniform traffic violation citation.

   (D)   The owner or operator of any motor vehicle who violates § 71.122 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100.
