ACCIDENT REPORTS
(A) Whenever the driver of a vehicle is physically incapable of giving immediate notice of an accident and there was another occupant in the vehicle at the time of the accident capable of doing so, such occupant shall give, or cause to be given, the notice not given by the driver.
(B) Whenever the driver is physically incapable of making a written report of an accident and such driver is not the owner of the vehicle, then the owner of the vehicle involved in such accident shall, within five days after learning of the accident, make such report not made by the driver.

PUBLIC SCHOOLS
For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
HIGH SCHOOL. All of the real estate, including the parking lot, on which the city’s Central Community High School is located.
TRAVEL LANES. Those areas of the paved portions of the high school property not designated as parking.
VEHICLES. All motorized vehicles, including motorcycles, motorbikes, and mopeds.

All vehicles traveling upon high school property shall yield to pedestrians.

No vehicle shall be parked, left, or abandoned on high school property for a period in excess of 24 consecutive hours, without authorization from school officials.
