(B) Upon determination that a permittee has failed to comply with the terms of their grease trap/interceptor permit, a written notice of violation shall be mailed First Class, U.S. Mail, to the address on the permit and/or hand delivered to the permit location informing the permit holder of the nature of the violation, the fine imposed for the violation, as well as the time and manner within which the violation must be corrected;
(C) Should the notice of violation be for the permit holder failing to report in a comprehensive manner and the time set forth in the permit conditions, a fine of $50 shall be imposed;
(D) If after receipt of a notice of violation, the permittee fails to come into compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in their permit within 14 days of said notice of violation being mailed and/or delivered to the permit location, an additional fine of $250 for each day after the fourteenth day from the date of notice shall be imposed with each day thereafter constituting a separate and distinct offense; and
(E) For any other violation of the terms and/or conditions of the grease trap/interceptor permit, other than a reporting violation, notice of said violation shall be given in the same manner as set forth above and a fine of up to $2,500 for each day the violation continues to exist may be imposed.
