§ 50.106 CHARACTER OF SERVICE.

   Electric vehicle charging stations shall be available to members of the public 24 hours per day for each day of the year.

§ 50.107 RATE.

   (A)   The base charge immediately upon connection to the charging station by the electric vehicle shall be in the amount of $2.

   (B)   Thereafter, the rate for utilization of the electric vehicle charging station facilities shall be $0.50 per hour.

SECURITY LIGHTING (SL)

§ 50.120 AVAILABILITY.

   This service is available to any residential or general service customer for continuous year round service for outdoor lighting where 120-volt service exists ahead of the meter loop.

§ 50.121 CHARACTER OF SERVICE.

   Security lighting service is a dusk-to-dawn outdoor lighting service, with lamps to burn approximately one-half hour after sunset until approximately one-half hour before sunrise each day of the year, approximately 5,000 hours per year.

§ 50.123 EXTRA CHARGES.

   (A)   For customers requesting lighting at locations other than locations where the electric utility has available facilities, the customer shall pay the installation, labor, and material charges for the pole and line.

   (B)   For a customer requesting non-standard equipment, a charge equaling the difference between the standard and non-standard installation cost shall be paid by the customer.

§ 50.124 BILLING.

   The security light charge will be billed separately on the customer’s regular bill and shall be paid at the same time and on the same terms as the customer’s bill.
